This ordering platform is operated by Sri Shiven Distribution, powered by Pharmulo. By using it you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use this platform
This is a business-to-business ordering platform for licensed pharmacy retailers to place wholesale orders with Sri Shiven Distribution. You must hold a valid drug licence and GST registration and provide accurate details. Accounts are approved manually and may be refused or suspended.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account. Tell us immediately of any unauthorised use. One account represents one licensed shop.
3. Orders are requests, not confirmed sales
Placing an order is a request to purchase. A sale is formed only when Sri Shiven Distribution confirms and bills the order. Prices, availability, taxes, and final quantities are determined by Sri Shiven Distribution at billing, and the stock shown is indicative. Sri Shiven Distribution may partly fulfil, substitute with a same-composition alternative, or decline any line, subject to drug-supply law.
4. Pricing and payment
Selling prices are set by Sri Shiven Distribution and are confirmed on the wholesaler’s bill, not on this platform. Payment terms, credit, and settlement are governed by your existing trading relationship with Sri Shiven Distribution and its invoice.
5. Drug-supply compliance
You confirm you are authorised to purchase the medicines you order and will comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules, 1945, including schedule restrictions (H, H1, X) and record-keeping. Sri Shiven Distribution may require a valid, unexpired drug licence on file as a condition of ordering, and may block ordering if it is missing or expired.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other retailers’ or wholesalers’ data, scrape the catalogue, or place orders you are not licensed to receive.
7. Availability and changes
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features. We aim for continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Data
Your personal and business data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sri Shiven Distribution and Pharmulo are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from platform use. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
11. Contact and grievance
To raise a grievance, or to access, correct, or erase your data, please contact Sri Shiven Distribution directly - the wholesaler you order from. They are responsible for your personal data on this platform.
